C.I. FOUNDRY
We are having C.I. Foundry with Induction Furnace. At present we are working with 16”X16”, 20”X20” & 24”X24” box sizes. We are having a ‘Suyash’ make carbon silicon analyzer for maintaining the chemistry of the metal and sand testing equipments to maintain the mould and core quality & also having Pro-metal 3-3 image analyzer Microscope for analysis of micro structure of S G Iron casting , loaded with software having report generation facility.
The grades, which we are manufacturing at present in C.I., are FG200, FG220 & FG260 , Ni-Cr ,and in S G Iron 500/7, 400/12 , 600/3, 700/2
For our further expansion we are planning for 500 kg furnace very shortly.
